Yoga

I started my Yoga journey about 20 years ago. I would practice occasionally here and there when I could find the time while raising my three kids. When I started to take more time to really delve into the practice, I realized that I wanted to become a Yoga Instructor. I wanted to share the wonderful benefits of practicing yoga and meditation with other people. I found my mat to be an “escape” or “retreat” after a long stressful day. Coming back to my yoga mat time and time again, I realized that it didn’t matter how I showed up, what mattered was that I DID show up. Whether some days it was only resting in child’s pose and focusing on my breath, and other days, it was a full flowing practice, I still was practicing yoga in my own way.
